The ROI for Parents
The premium is justified by the system.
Elite families do not pay for hope. They pay for certainty, structure, and measurable athlete progress. NRHL turns training time into performance value instead of wasted motion.
Data Insurance
With court time at a premium, Athlytica ensures every session is optimized through technical audits, biomechanical grading, and performance intelligence that creates visible trend lines rather than vague coach opinion.
Global Portability
Every athlete receives an Athlete Passport that benchmarks development against international standards, giving families verified progress data recognized beyond the local season.
Elite Environment
Membership unlocks a structured four-conference ecosystem that connects Nairobi's most committed families through identity, rivalry, and a disciplined competitive pathway.

Performance Intelligence Blueprint & FAQ
The strategic architecture of the Nairobi Regional Hockey League.
I. THE ECOSYSTEM: WHO IS ATHLYTICA?
▼
1. What is the difference between Athlytica, NRHL, and Big Ice?
Athlytica: The "Intel Engine." A performance technology company providing 4K video analysis and biometric reporting.
NRHL (Nairobi Regional Hockey League): The "League." The competitive structure where athletes are seeded into conferences to compete.
Big Ice Inline Fitness: The "Operator." The coaching platform that runs the technical pods and physical sessions.
2. Is this a recreational skating club?
No. Traditional clubs focus on "keeping kids busy." We are a Performance Intelligence ecosystem. We use quantitative metrics and biomechanical auditing to build elite athletes. We don't guess; we measure.
II. THE LEAGUE: CONFERENCES & TERRITORY
▼
3. How are the Conferences decided?
Conferences are territorial to minimize travel and maximize community rivalry. You are assigned based on your residence:
- Summit: North (Runda, Gigiri, Muthaiga)
- Ridge: West (Kitisuru, Kyuna, Lower Kabete, Westlands)
- Plateau: South/West (Karen, Kilimani, Lavington, Riverside)
- Savannah: East/South (Embakasi, Syokimau, Ruiru, Kitengela)
4. Can I play in a different conference?
To maintain the integrity of the regional model and "Zero-Friction" logistics, athletes are seeded into their home territory. Exceptions are only made for flagship school affiliations (e.g., a Plateau resident attending a Summit school).
III. THE LAB: MAY–JULY EVALUATION PODS
▼
5. What exactly is inline hockey?
Inline hockey is a fast-paced, high-skill variation of hockey played on rollerblades (inline skates) on a smooth hard surface. It strips away the friction of ice logistics while retaining identical positional play, tactical speed, puck-handling geometry, and spatial decision-making, making it the ultimate high-density training environment for elite hockey intelligence.
6. What is a "Performance Pod"?
A pod is a 90-minute "Evaluation Lab" limited to 6–8 athletes structured to expose athlete weakness to know exactly what to work on. We use 4K cameras to capture every movement, which then generates the athlete's Performance ID.
7. Is participation in the May Pods mandatory?
Yes. You cannot play in the August league without a Performance ID. The pods are the only way to be "drafted" into a conference team.
8. What do the KES 27,500 and KES 45,000 Pod fees cover, and what is the training frequency?
These development structures cover the complete specialized high-intensity testing, performance tracking, and ice-to-inline mechanical transition layers during our intensive preparatory windows:
- The KES 27,500 Traveler Bundle covers a focused structural block designed for transitional athletes, delivering intensive weekend-optimized training mechanics.
- The KES 45,000 Tier 2 Enrollment is our elite multi-session program delivering a rigorous frequency of up to 3x weekly active on-court technical sessions.
Both structures include complete Athlytica biometric tracking, automated 4K video capture review, and customized performance feedback data to verify development milestones before the official competitive season launch.
9. My child plays Ice Hockey; why do they need "The Lab"?
Ice hockey is the "Showcase." The Lab is the "Factory." We use the pods to fix technical mechanics—edge-work, ankle stability, and explosive transitions—that are often missed during crowded ice plays.
IV. THE DEADLINES: MAY 31st & JULY 31st
▼
10. What is the May 31st Deadline?
This is the Founding Athlete Deadline. Registration by this date ensures placement in the standard group Evaluation Pods and secures "Founding Member" status for Season 1.
11. What if I miss the May 31st deadline?
Athletes who miss the May window must enter via the Expedited Audit Stream. This requires a Private Technical Audit (KES 7,500) to generate their Performance ID.
12. What is the July 31st Lockout?
This is the absolute cutoff. No audits, no registrations, and no seeding will occur after July 31st. This ensures all teams, jerseys, and schedules are finalized for the August launch.
V. INVESTMENT & LOGISTICS
▼
13. What does the KES 50,000 Investment cover?
This is a comprehensive entry package:
- Full Biometric Auditing & 4K Video Analysis.
- Generation of the professional digital Performance ID.
- Priority Seeding for the August Season.
- Access to elite flagship venues
14. How secure is my child’s data?
Athlytica treats biometric data as sensitive intellectual property. 4K footage is used strictly for technical movement analysis and is stored within our encrypted Performance Intelligence OS.
